SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at maryamsaleemsher@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maryamsaleemsher@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
